Terms & Conditions

This website from which you are accessing these Terms of Use (“Site”) is created and maintained by The Dough ball pizza Company (referred to below as “Dough ball pizza,” “we,” and “us”).

THESE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS. THEY INCLUDE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS ON OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

Please read the below terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) carefully. Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use.

  1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional rules that we may post on the Site.
  1. We may make changes to these Terms of Use (and to any such additional rules) from time to time; we may notify you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised version of these Terms of Use on the Site. We will not necessarily bring changes or updates to your attention so please revisit this page periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes when you visit the Site. Your access to or use of the site following changes to these Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
  2. Ordering

All orders MUST be placed through Sales@doughballpizza.info. We do not accept any other method of ordering including contact with employees, director and management.

Orders must be placed between Monday- Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday 9:00am-1:00pm. Orders after these times will NOT be processed.

All orders will require 5 working days before good are received. You may receive your goods before this date, although it will depend on levels of demand and seasonality. For a more accurate time you can contact our sales team on 01282 411150.

 

Payment

All payment MUST be made as disclosed in the terms of agreement. If payment is not made on the time agreed, we are obliged by the terms of agreement to cancel future deliveries.

We accepted payments by BACS and credit/debit card. We DO NOT accept payments by cheque.

 

Returns

Under The Sale of Goods Act 1979 it states what we sell must fit its description, be fit for its purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If not, – as a supplier – we are obliged to address the problem.

We take every care in ensuring our products/services are to the highest standard and meet strict criteria’s and quality controls.

“Goodwill returns”

Although all organisations must obligate to the sales of goods act, we offer “goodwill” returns within 48 hours of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products then we will exchange/refund the purchase price as our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Cancellation/Amendments

Any cancellations/amendments made after 48 hours of ordering will be void and no refunds will be offered.

Allergies

We use only the highest quality ingredients available on the market. We have considered all areas nutrition and societies wellbeing. A full analysis of the flours and dough balls we use are available on our website for you to view. If you have any questions regarding the ingredients in our products and our standards of quality control, we will be happy to assist you. You may also visit our facility to taste and observe our processes.
